Maksym Krippa becomes a co-owner of DIM: a new stage in real estate development

DIM Group has acquired a new partner – Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa, known for his investments in esports, gaming and commercial real estate. The owner of NAVI and the developer of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 continues to expand its asset portfolio by making a strategic move into the residential sector. After acquiring the Parus business center and the Ukraine Hotel, it decided to invest in the construction of modern housing.

This was reported by the press service of the developer Dim-Bud.

Why did DIM make a deal with Krippa

The main goal of the partnership was to raise additional funding to complete the company’s current residential projects and launch new initiatives. Oleksandr Nasikovsky, founder and managing partner of DIM, noted that cooperation with Krippa opens up opportunities for the company to scale and develop in an unstable market.

One of the next joint projects will be the completion of The One residential complex, located just 400 meters from the Parus business center, which is owned by Maksym Krippa.

New development vector: environmental and technological solutions

The partnership involves not only financial support for DIM but also the introduction of modern technologies in construction. Maksym Krippa plans to focus on environmentally sustainable solutions and energy-efficient technologies that will improve the quality of housing and reduce operating costs.

An important component of the projects will be the integration of smart home systems and modern materials that meet the best safety and comfort standards. This approach will not only improve the quality of residential complexes but also make them more competitive in the market.

Long-term prospects for partnership

According to Maksym Krippa, investing in the residential sector is a logical extension of his real estate business. “They are not afraid to build, I am not afraid to invest,” he comments on his decision. The businessman sees cooperation with DIM as an opportunity not only to increase his capital, but also to contribute to the development of urban infrastructure.

DIM, for its part, plans to expand its operations to new regions of Ukraine, build residential neighborhoods with developed infrastructure and create modern public spaces. Oleksandr Nasikovsky emphasizes that attracting a strategic investor will allow the company to adapt to new challenges and ensure sustainable development.

DIM’s current market position

DIM Group already manages over 900,000 m² of real estate in Kyiv and the region. Its portfolio includes more than 3,670 completed apartments, and six more large projects are under construction. Cooperation with Maksym Krippa opens up additional opportunities for the company to grow, expand its business, and integrate innovations in the construction industry.

DIM is also considering the prospects of cooperation with other Ukrainian and international partners, which could significantly strengthen its position in the market. Thanks to Krippa’s support, the company is getting a new impetus for development, which will allow it to implement even more ambitious development projects.
