“Large-scale changes in UESF”. Maksym Krippa, the owner of NAVI, has become the head of the Federation of Esports. What does it mean for the industry?

The Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF) is going to undergo large-scale changes: its new president will be a well-known Ukrainian businessman and investor Maksym Krippa, who owns NAVI and Maincast. According to Gameinside.ua, this decision was made as part of a comprehensive renewal of the organization’s management.

UESF structure update

The public organization Ukrainian Esports Federation (eSports) of Ukraine is preparing for radical changes. Businessman Maksym Krippa will become a key figure in this update. All current members of the board will be removed, and their places will be taken by representatives of top esports companies such as NAVI and Maincast. This should be an impetus for the development of Ukrainian esports and the attraction of new resources for organizing international tournaments.

New composition of the Management Board

In addition to Maksym Krippa, who will head the Federation, the UESF management team will include:

Vitaliy Volochay, co-founder of Maincast, an expert in esports broadcasting;
Yevhen Zolotarev, CEO of NAVI, an experienced esports manager;
Andrii Gorodenskyi – Head Coach of NAVI, who has many years of experience in training esports players;
Oleksii Kucherov, NAVI’s Chief Operating Officer, who is in charge of the club’s development;
Mikhail Zverev, a popular esports analyst and commentator.
Andriy Hrytsenko, who previously organized tournaments with NAVI, will be appointed as the Federation’s Executive Director.

Impact of changes on esports in Ukraine

Maksym Krippa’s election as UESF president could significantly change the esports landscape in Ukraine. His experience at NAVI and Maincast demonstrates his desire to attract new investors, expand opportunities for Ukrainian players, and improve tournament management. It is also expected that the Federation will cooperate more actively with government agencies, which will allow legalizing and developing esports at a new level.
